With Our Gratitude to Dr. Ömür Uçar
Dr. Ömür Uçar, Head of the Hair Care and Beauty Services Department at the Health Services Vocational School of Bartın University, experienced emotional moments during her final School Board meeting before retirement.
Having made significant contributions to the development of the vocational school through her extensive academic expertise, dedicated service, and invaluable support in educating students over many years, Dr. Uçar was presented with a plaque of appreciation in recognition of her retirement.
During the plaque presentation ceremony held as part of the School Board meeting, the Director of the Health Services Vocational School, Prof. Dr. Özge Özgür, presented the plaque to Dr. Uçar and expressed gratitude for her valuable contributions to both the vocational school and the academic community.
Prof. Dr. Özge Özgür emphasized that Dr. Uçar had been an exemplary academic throughout her professional career, distinguished by her dedication, strong work ethic, and the values she instilled in her students. She also extended her best wishes for a retirement filled with health, happiness, and peace.
As the Health Services Vocational School family, we sincerely thank Dr. Ömür Uçar for her valuable services to higher education and wish her a healthy, happy, and peaceful retirement life with her family.
