Strategic Plan Monitoring and Evaluation Meeting Held at Our Vocational School
A Strategic Plan Monitoring and Evaluation Meeting was held at our Vocational School on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, with the participation of our Vocational School Director, Prof. Dr. Özge ÖZGÜR, and academic staff.
During the meeting, an informative presentation was delivered by Lecturer Dr. Necla KUNDAKCI, Chair of our Vocational School's Internal Control and Strategic Plan Monitoring and Evaluation Commission.
The presentation covered the objectives achieved in line with the Strategic Plan during the first six months of 2026, performance indicators, and supporting evidence related to these objectives. In addition, the activities required for collecting data, preparing supporting evidence, and effectively conducting monitoring and evaluation processes for the second half of the year were discussed.
Information was also provided on the preparations for the 2029–2033 Strategic Plan. The activities to be carried out during the new strategic planning period and the importance of academic staff contributions to this process were emphasized.
The meeting focused on achieving our Vocational School's institutional objectives, strengthening quality assurance processes, and ensuring the sustainability of a culture of continuous improvement. It concluded with answers to questions from academic staff and an exchange of views and ideas.
