A Pre-Site Visit Evaluation Meeting for MEDEK Accreditation Was Held at Our Vocational School
A pre-site visit evaluation meeting was held at Bartın University Vocational School of Health Services within the scope of the accreditation processes of the Vocational Education Evaluation and Accreditation Association (MEDEK).
The meeting was chaired by our Vocational School Director, Prof. Dr. Özge ÖZGÜR, and attended by academic staff from the Child Development, Elderly Care, and Medical Documentation and Secretarial Services programs, the relevant department heads, and the Vocational School Secretary.
During the meeting, the preliminary on-site evaluations conducted within the scope of the MEDEK accreditation process were discussed. Participants exchanged views on the current status of the programs, their level of compliance with the evaluation criteria, the evidence prepared, and areas open to improvement.
Furthermore, the activities to be completed before the site visit, documentation processes, and measures to strengthen the accreditation preparations of the programs were evaluated.
The meeting concluded with the exchange of views and recommendations aimed at promoting a culture of quality assurance, ensuring the continuous improvement of education and training processes, and effectively carrying out accreditation activities.
