Students who wish to take the make-up examination for the purpose of improving their grades are required to download and complete the "Request Form for Taking the Make-Up Examination for Grade Improvement" and submit the signed form no later than 15:00 on 18 June 2026.

The signed form must either be sent via e-mail to shmyo@bartin.edu.tr or submitted in person to the Student Affairs Office of the Health Services Vocational School.
